Refund Policy
At UNBRKN, we want you to train with confidence. If something isn't right, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to start a return
Email us at support@trainunbrkn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to ship your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@trainunbrkn.com with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. If you have a question about a specific item, just reach out before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@trainunbrkn.com.
